I Had an Intense Relationship During COVID, and Now I’m Struggling in My Marriage

I’m 30 vrs M. Wanted to confess a relationship that I had 5 yrs aqo. After completing master's in 2018, I qot a iob and shifted to California. Initially started staying with a group of 4 people and couldn't stay for long because of regular household issues. My colleague suggested her friend has a own house and she have a room she is renting. So i moved to her place.
Started Liking the new place and enjoying life after masters. Covid came and everything was closed and remote work made us to stay at home. I was staying with a divorce ladv in her 40s. she maintains very well and she has a perfect body I can say. We started spendinq more time and got to know about each other.
We watched movies, cooked together and in the process started liking each. It went to an extent where we started having romance and eventually se*. She never had proper love and she loved every moment spend with me. It went to an extent where we were having se* every day. And this relationship continued for more than 3yrs. I got a job in other state and have to move but we still continued to meet every occasion and have qreat se* everytime. She started looking matches and married in 2022.
Even i got married in 2024 and currently missing my romantic life with my wife. I have a lot of sexu** urges and my wife hardly participates 4-5 times a week. But in my previous relationship we almost have se* more than once a day. I dont want to cheat my wife and not sure on how to control my urges... Trying ta focus on other aspects buts my urges increasing day by day. How do you handle your urges when partner dont meet your expectation ?
